Chicago based Designer & Educator
Architecture / Interiors / Furniture / Manufacturing / Fabrication / Project Management / Computation / Planning / Photography / Research / Writing
I teach design and fabrication courses at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in the AIADO (Architecture, Interior Architecture, and Designed Objects) Department, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the Department of Landscape Architecture, and sometimes at the School of Architecture at the University of Illinois-Chicago.
I have most recently worked with Jordan Mozer & Associates, Ltd. on Chicago-made custom furniture design and manufacturing, fine art, interior design, architecture, hospitality consulting, and masterplanning. I have worked with other local and international firms on a range of projects from the world’s largest truck stop to tiny homes, villas to barns, gardens to planters, and everything in between.
I studied at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign campus (BSArch 2007) and Chicago campus (MArch 2011), and have practiced with various international and local teams from large scale design and consultancy projects to hands-on design and manufacture of custom furniture and art products.
